What drives us

Personal care, not procedural care.

Our mission

Path to Growth exists to offer mental health care that is personal, not procedural. We believe healing happens when someone feels truly known, not just diagnosed and processed through a system. Our team takes the time to understand each patient's history, their strengths, and what recovery actually means to them, so that every treatment plan reflects the person behind it. We combine sound clinical practice with real human connection and a deep commitment to earning trust, because we know that trust is often the first thing mental illness takes away. Our goal is simple: help people build the resilience and stability they need to reconnect with their lives, their relationships, and their communities.

Our vision

We want to build a place where no one feels like a number or a case file. Where a person can walk in carrying years of pain or a single hard week, and either way, be met with the same level of attention and care. We believe trust isn't something you announce, it's something you earn through consistency, honesty, and showing up the same way every time. Our vision is a community where healing doesn't happen in isolation, but through relationships — between a patient and their therapist, or among patients who recognize a piece of their own story in someone else's. We measure success not just by symptoms reduced, but by people who leave equipped to actually live.

What we offer

Every patient's plan looks different. These are the tools we draw from to build it.

01
One-on-one therapy session
One-on-one

Individual therapy

We offer one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist, built around each patient's specific history, goals, and needs. Whether someone is processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or navigating a difficult life transition, we tailor the work to them rather than following a fixed script.

02
Group therapy circle
Shared experience

Group therapy

We bring small groups of patients together in structured sessions led by our clinical team. Group therapy gives patients the chance to connect with others facing similar struggles, learn from shared experience, and practice new skills in a supportive setting.

03
Couple in a counseling session
For couples

Couples counseling

We work with couples to address relationship strain, communication breakdowns, or conflict that may be tied to one or both partners' mental health. Sessions focus on rebuilding understanding and giving couples practical tools to move forward together.

04
Psychiatric evaluation and medication review
Clinical care

Psychiatric evaluation & medication management

Our psychiatric providers conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's symptoms and determine whether medication could support their treatment. We provide ongoing monitoring and adjustments over time, so medication remains safe, effective, and responsive to how a patient is doing.

05
Case manager coordinating a treatment plan
Staying on track

Case management & care coordination

We assign patients a dedicated case manager who helps them navigate their treatment plan and connects them with outside resources, like insurance, housing, or employment support. We also coordinate closely across providers and levels of care, so nothing falls through the cracks.

06
A stable place to live
Stability first

Supportive housing

For patients who are on the verge of homelessness or currently experiencing it, we connect them with housing paired with accessible mental health and social support, giving them a stable place to live while they continue working on their recovery and daily functioning.

Questions, answered

If something isn't covered here, the fastest and easiest way to get an answer is to reach out through the form at the bottom of the page.

What does "outpatient" mean, exactly?

Outpatient means you come in for scheduled sessions and go home afterward — you don't stay overnight. It's the right level of care for people who need consistent support but don't require round-the-clock supervision. If your needs change, your care coordinator can help connect you to a higher level of care.

How do I start? What does the first visit look like?

Start by sending the form at the bottom of this page. A member of our team will follow up to schedule your first appointment, which is typically an intake session. We'll ask about your history, what's been going on, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. From there we build a plan together.

Do you take insurance?

We work with several major insurance providers and can also discuss self-pay options. The best way to find out about your specific plan is to mention it in your message, and our team will confirm coverage before your first appointment.

How long does treatment usually last?

It depends entirely on the person and what they're working through. Some patients come for a few months; others stay for longer-term support. We review progress regularly and adjust, and we never keep someone in treatment longer than they need to be.

Can I bring a partner or family member?

For couples counseling, yes — that's the point. For individual therapy, sessions are one-on-one by default, but we can arrange joint sessions if it would be useful for your care.

What if I'm not sure what kind of help I need?

That's a common place to start, and it's a perfectly good reason to reach out. Choose "Not sure yet" on the form and describe what's going on in your own words. We'll help figure out the right fit — even if that ends up being a referral somewhere else.

What's your confidentiality policy?

Everything you share with your care team is confidential and protected under HIPAA. There are a small number of legal exceptions like situations involving immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else. Your provider will walk you through those clearly at your first session.

Are you accepting new patients right now?

Yes. We're currently accepting new patients for most services. Availability for specific providers or programs can vary, so the fastest way to confirm is to send the form below and we'll respond with current openings.
